All orders are processed Monday - Thursday, 9am-3pm. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 3:30PM will be processed the next business day. Orders will be shipped in 2-3 days of receiving/processing order.
We offer Free USPS Priority Mail shipping with a minimum purchase amount of $20.00. This offer is valid in all 48 contiguous U.S. states, but not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, and all other U.S. Territories including Guam, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. Terms are subject to change without notice.
Expedited Shipping is offered at $9.95
Expedited orders will be shipped same day for in-stock items.
We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and include $50.00 insurance.

**Due to the high volume of orders during holiday season you may experience extended processing time up to 5 business days.**
The order ship date does not count as a day in transit. Also, a common misconception is that choosing USPS Priority Mail means your package will ship in two business days. Please note: USPS transit times are not a reflection of our production time.
Please verify the shipping address prior to placing the order. If an order is sent to an incorrect address, or returned due to insufficient address, buyer will be responsible for add'l postage to resend it.
If having several candles shipped to one location, we will do our best to ship via USPS Flat Rate. This will save a lot of money on shipping costs. Any excess shipping costs charged during checkout will be refunded if we are able to ship via USPS Flat Rate. Psalms & Serenity ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or mistakes made by the US Postal Service. But we will be happy to provide any information to help track down your package (USPS policy is a package has to be missing for 21 days before a claim can be made).
For APO or FPO addresses, please expect a delay. This mail is delivered through a joint effort between USPS and the Military Postal Service that requires packages to go through customs. Transit times depend on operational conditions as well as the unit of the addressee.
